OEM tyres for my car, I decided to replace them a little bit earlier than what I would have preferred (3.5mm at 26k km) because of bad performance (even for an OEM!).

This one doesn't give any feedback whatsoever. I didn't have any confidence with it, I had two understeers that took me by surprise (not dangerously fast, but surprised me nonetheless).
I could feel and hear every little rock on the road, yet it didn't let me know where the limit is at all, which I didn't even know was possible.

I had a narrow Continental 65 R16 on my older car which had same performance with better feedback that if course wasn't even close to sporty!

I've never owned a R18 wheel before, so I didn't have a reference, I thought my R16 was already on the limit of technology then. I was wrong, these just suck!
I got F1 Asy 6 (215/45 R18, a bit wider) and it is night and day. Should've done it sooner.

I read about Goodyear having some great tyres and other not so much, this is definitely one of the bad ones.

Compared to the Asy6, this one is noisier, uncomfortable, has poorer performance, and just about 25% cheaper (not adjusted to mileage, so maybe 35% cheaper?)

The tyres were already fitted to the car when we bought the car. Not my choice of tyres, if I had to pick them. Nevertheless here are my thoughts. Dry and wet grip were average. Nothing special. Comfort was horrible. Unacceptable for a touring tyre. This is my wife’s daily car and she can’t stand the ride. When we switch to winter tyres in same dimensions (Michelin Alpin 6) the comfort level is MUCH better. Wear isn’t bad, could be better. It bothers me that the tyres feel so hard and uncomfortable, but there aren’t any apparent benefits to this (wear, grip, noise…) maybe fuel consumption.

Got these tyres fitted to a Citroën ds4, and have used them for 7 months, in different weathers. In the dry , they are OK, if noisy. If it's wet, don't even think about going round a roundabout at faster than walking pace, you just slide out, massive under steer. Useless in the snow. Avoid these dangerous tyres.
