Honda Crz stock engine 10-12 000 km and still verry good .I think IT will last at list another 8000
But I have no powerful car. In dry and +10 °C .. is all You need. Grip ,handling , brake ...feedback everything you need
On wet it a litle bit slower ,but I feel is becouse of me.not the tire. I have to learn more about performance driving
Being a Racetrack.oriented tire , of course is verry stiff. A Little bit heavy ...but is a budget tire. Not premium
IT is verry good tire for it's price . Over exepctation
I will replaced with another tire , only if I will find Something lighter on a same budget.I have no powerful car.and for 1.5 liters and 120 HP....weight is important

This is the OE tire on my ND MX-5 Miata. It suits the car well with very linear steering response and feels like it has a stable sidewall that holds up well during aggressive cornering. This S001 is precise and response is not too quick for the soft stock chassis. There is plenty of dry grip for the street. Wet grip is fairly low, although the tire is still predictable and I have not had issues with hydroplaning. I have no comparison on this car yet for comfort, but have the impression this tire is quite stiff and comfort may benefit from trying another tire next. After 6800 miles I am at 7/32nds tread depth compared to 9/32nds full depth, so I'm expecting to get about 18-20k miles out of these tires with a spirited driving style balanced by about 50% highway miles.

This year I decided to replace my original Michelin CrossClimates in the front axel, since the CCs started to crack at the edges, as many have reported. I also wanted a more winter biased tyre, since I live in a Nordic country. I chose BP 6 after reading many reviews and because they seemed to have a good price/performance ratio. I haven't had a chance to drive a lot, so I can't give a very detailed analyses. My first impressions are pretty good. There is more grip on snow and ice compared to CC. However the tyre is softer than CC, but also wierdly bouncier. Since I drive a rear driven car, I don't feel comfortable inflating fronts more, than rears, but this is something I am considering in order to make the tyre more drivable.

Excellent tyre overall. In the dry it is both comfortable around town and on motorways, yet response and fun on country roads with excellent levels of grip that gives confidence. Weirdest attribute however is that they are good in the wet when it is/has just been raining, but in the when the road is damp/drying the grip suddenly becomes fairly poor. This has caused a few incidents of mild understeer and the wheels to spin up when trying to quickly get out of a junction etc.
Wear has been good, with the front tyres on 5.1mm and 4.9mm of tread after 10000 miles.
Overall I would recommend these tyres, as long as you remember to be a little bit more gentle with your right foot in the damp

I bought these tires to replace my dedicated winter tires on my Fiesta ST. I wanted to have a tire which can handle my spirited driving sessions in winter time, I did not have a really good expierence with dedicated winters in the past for that. Also in my location winter is mostly wet or dry between -5 and 10 °C. Snow became pretty rare in the last years. So I thoght a good all saison will perform better on most days.
I am pretty impressed with these Pirellis so far. Dry grip betwenn 10 and -5 °C feels excellent and you can really push them on some twisty roads. Also wet handling in cold wather feels relly good and allways safe. They sure feel a bit softer on turn in then my summers (GY AS6) but not too bad and that's to be expected compared to an UHP summer tire. I also did some highway driving on German Autobahn and pushed them to 220 Km/h+ and they were also perfectly stable at that speed.
Today I also had the rare occasion to test them in snow condition. And I have to say I am really impressed what a modern all saison can do. Felt perfectly safe and also predictable. I have driven many winter tires in the past that felt worse in snow than these. Espacially the snow braking felt really good and stable, you had to push the brake pedal quite a bit to trigger the ABS. When you go over the limit my car responds with a slight progressive understeer and remains controllable, no sudden snaps or sometthing.
Comfort and Noise levels are good but nothing special. Noise about the same than my AS6 summers, comfort a bit better. Fuel economy is also about the same than my summers can't tell a differnce so far.
The rim protection could be a bit thicker in my opinion.
So all in all I am satisfied with my decision to go for the Pirelli all saisons instead of dedicated winters. They suit my pocket rocket really well in the winter saison and let me have some fun in the cold saison when it is dry.

Continental, in their wisdom, don’t produce, either a 205 or 215 width, 45 profile tyre in 17” diameter in their Sport Contact 6 or 7 range, so I thought to fit a the 205/45x17” MC7 tyre to the front wheels of my Alfa Romeo 4C for some touring I was about to do. I found the MC7 to be quiet and comfortable, with plenty of grip but there was a lack of feedback when driving enthusiastically. The comfort bias has a penalty. Performance wise they are a good match with SC6 my car wears on the rear. I’d be hesitant to fit them on the rear because of the comparative lack of feel to the SC6 where the outside rear wheel loads up when accelerating out of a corner. Reasonably happy with the overall performance and I wasn’t pottering around. Conti needs to produce a variety of 17” tyres in its SC6 or 7 model ranges.

Excellent snow and ice tire but a rather bad dry and wet performance. Additionally I expected a longer life but I accept the fact that I usually drive harder than this tire is meant to be driven.
Must buy if expecting heavy snow or ice roads.
I would look somewhere else if expecting dry or mostly wet winter roads.

Bought a Mini with these tyres fitted. Very very disappointed . They still have 4 - 5 mm tread. however the side walls are cracking. Along with cracks between the treads. Contacted Dunlop direct. Very pleasant chat. however they will not look at any goodwill gesture towards replacing tyres . Have had similar problems on another car . This was fitted with Nexen tyres that were cracking on the shoulders. They have supplied new tyres . They offer lifetime guarantee .Looks as if my Mini will be getting some Nexen tyres fitted. So disappointed with Dunlop tyres.

This is my last review on these tyres. I drove these tyres quite a lot recently, had some trackdays and a roadtrip around some very nice mountain roads, with dry and wet weather aswell.
Tyres are still performing very well, especially on dry weather. I had a trackday session at the local karting track (1.2 km total lap length), and I've absolutely tortured the front tyres. I didn't manage the tyre pressure prior so I had about 2.3 bars cold which was way too much, it was my first time on the track. Track was hot and ambient temperature was hot aswell.
On the karting track, the tyres got way too hot, and felt very greasy after 2-3 laps, with non existent feedback, understeer and visible tyre graining. I've also driven some laps on a proper car circuit and they behaved a lot better, as the tyres didn't get as hot. When they are at the proper temperature, they have very good grip, and the feedback is quite good. My car is a Fiat Grande Punto T-Jet with over 180 hp and 300 N/m torque, without an LSD (which is understeer heaven).
On wet weather however, lateral grip is not great. Braking is very good, aquaplaning decent, but lateral grip it's not really great. I've tested this prior to going to the trackdays, so the tyres were not grained in any way. The tyres do not inspire confidence when turning in wet. They give the feeling that they'll snap out of traction very sudden. But this is if you push them, and try to drive them a bit faster in wet. If you're conservative, they are very good.
Sailun is the only chinese tyre manufacturer from what I know, that's FIA certified and provided tyres for F4 Chinese and TCR Asia. It seems that the motorsport R&D is put to very good use on the road tyres. These are the absolute best budget UHP tyres that you can get. If you're looking for a best bang for the buck, this is the tyre for you.
For me personally, I would buy them again, for sure. The next set however it's going to be Kumho Ecsta Sport PS72, can't wait for Jon's review on those.

Use them on a MX5 ND, amazing grip, especially in the wet, good feed near the limit, progress loss of grip so easy to push. Wear is ok but maybe not for someone doing high mileage.

A kind of double-faced tire, excellent in snow, average in dry conditions, and acceptable in wet conditions for the first two years... The third winter has been a pain on wet, acceptable in dry conditions, and still good in snow. Replaced after 48,000 km, the tread is still good, but grip (as mentioned) is terrible in wet conditions hence I rather move to new tyres

Ive had these tyres for 1 year now and after using them on a daily basis in my Mazda Demio (mazda 2 jdm variant) and driven around 30000-35000km on them honestly it was a blast. In the dry the grip is amazing, although in hot conditions it tends to wear out quick, even went to a track day where i did around 10-15 laps of testing the cars limit. In wet conditions they are also really good and live up to the rating as no matter how wet it is the grip is optimal to a certain point obviously and felt very safe. Cant tell you how smooth of a drive they are as i have aftermarket coilvers so any tyre combination will feel stiff on bumps and potholes. Couple days ago (they were on their last 6k kilometres before being worn out completely) i popped them on a zig-zag road on a tiny pebble. So once these tyres are on their last 10000km you should change them before you get left on the side of the road. Ive also noticed the outside of the tyre got worn out faster than other areas of the tyre, although the rims were always perfectly balanced, probably because of the heavy spirited driving. Other than that a pretty good clearance pick, as u can get michelin PS4/PS5s for a tiny amount more when you get fresh tyres. In my case they were the last 4 tyres and were heavily discounted, hence why i got them.
