OEM on MB SL550 Run flats... great when new... road noise louder as the tire wears staggered sizes 15K miles... almost done on the rear Great set of tires but checking alternatives before I buy four new tires

Hankook Ventus S1 evo 3 rated 92% while driving a Mercedes Benz CLS 350
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 average miles
My Mercedes CLS had the 'MO' PIRELLI P ZERO fitted when I bought it last summer, in the dry they were great but in the wet they were dreadful, roundabouts had to be navigated with caution, the P ZERO has been around donkeys years and in my opinion, it shows. I had Hankook ventus S1 Evo 3 fitted a couple of weeks ago and they have transformed the way the car handles, they are quiet too, wet handling is vastly improved, no breakaway from the rear or wash out from front. The steering response seems much sharper. It's understandable why this tyre is becoming standard fit on several premium high performance cars. I would consider my driving style to be 'average', I like to push on when conditions allow but doubt if I'll ever reach the limit of the tyres potential. These tyres are notibly cheaper than the more top regarded brands too. I'd highly recommend them. It's early days do I can't comment on wear.

Pirelli P Zero Corsa Asimmetrico 2 rated 74% while driving a Alfa Romeo Giulia QF
Driving on a combination of roads for 8089 spirited miles
Amazing dry grip and feel, pretty comfortable too, wet grip actually ok but wet TRACTION a different thing however my Alfa QV is trying to put 500+ bhp through a set of rears and therefore not too surprising that its a little oversteer prone especially on a cold morning but as long as you are aware and don't drive it like you would a fiesta ST then you'll live to tell the tale. My JAG XFR on dunlop sp sport maxx's was a wilder ride that's for sure. Possibly an Alfa thing but the full lock crabbing is hideously annoying - whether its the tyre i will see as just over 1mm left before they need replacing (current just over 8k on them from new) so expecting they will last to just over 10,000 miles which is the other issue - dry grip like this does not come without compromise... ffs.

Got 9000mls out of rear on Guilia QF. Fantastic dry grip and v predictable. Scary in wet on water logged roads.

Accelera PHI 2 rated 23% while driving a Mercedes Benz CLS 220

Absolutely shocking tyres. No grip and lethal on anything but straight ahead. These tyres should not be on sale they are that bad. Mercedes CLS.

Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport rated 93% while driving a Alfa Romeo Giulia QF
Driving on mostly country roads for 2 spirited miles
Found the YouTube UHP comparison test with the M2 very helpful and informative. Based on this and Giulia Quadrifoglio owners feedback I went for the Goodyear Eagle F1 Supersports. 245/35/19 fronts and 285/30/19 rears. Running 2.4bar front and 2.2bar rear. My review with this tyre is based on the knowledge that I've driven the same B road's for 30 year's with various performance cars and various makes of tyres. Initial impressions are very positive. Crabbing is no longer present. Sidewalls do seem stiffer than the Corsas, but not annoyingly so. Steering does initially feel a little heavier but this doesn't effect turn in or handling, personally I quite like the little more weight. Wet weather grip is phenomenal, even in Race and using manual the car feels very predictable. Still to find the limit but with 500+ bhp and public roads I'll leave the hedges for someone else to explore. Latteral twitch from the rears going over drain covers in the wet is also much less severe. Dry weather handling is excellent. Turn in, apex and exit grip you really feel the tyre bite. Still get a little slip from the rear 3rd to 4th when on limit in Race, again very predictable. Really impressed with the SS. Car feels much more predictable and has given me much more confidence wet and dry

Pirelli P Zero rated 86% while driving a Mercedes Benz E63s
Driving on a combination of roads for 10000 spirited miles
Achieved 10k miles legally. In all but the most extreme acceleration these tyres handled the power of my E63s. Handling is fantastic, wet grip hard to fault especially when car is balanced and not provoked. Not noisy enough to spoil the sound of the engine :-)
