Got these for my astra j 2.0 cdti
Dry grip is excellent .
Wet grip is excellent.
Comfort as expected in tires this low profile not good.
Wear seems good done 8k miles and they still have the little nubs from new on them seem to be wearing very well and I fly up and down some seriously twisty roads daily.
Aquaplaning seems to be pretty good obviously the low profile doesn't help.
Handling I'd best describe as glued to the road they feel completely stable, no side wall flex steering is ultra precise and the amounts of grip available is plentiful to the point your skill becomes the inhibiting factor.
I've had Michelin PS4 and continental premium contact 6 and pzero's and by far the best all-rounders are the Goodyear's I'd say the PS4 might have a slight noise and comfort edge and the slightest edge in the dry but behind considerably in the wet.
All in all brilliant tires.

This is a very brief first impression of the tyres from literally having them fitted this morning and going out for a 30min drive to reset the tyre pressure sensors. The conditions are wet and 7.5 degrees, both factors that would have made the Michelin Pilot Super Sports very compromised, as these are conditions that show up their (two main) faults. So, a perfect opportunity to see what the ASY5 do. The whole drive was gentle and sedate to scrub off the releasing compound on the surface of the tyre (wet conditions) and to get a real feel of what these do at lower speeds.
Instantly the two elements that came to my mind are how quiet these are and how much better the ride quality is. Now these are the primary reasons for changing to this pure road orientated tyre, so my expectations where pretty high given what I have read on this site. They actually exceeded those expectations by some margin. Never having done a straight back to back test like this I am blown away at how different two tyres brands/models can make your car feel. Admittedly we are not comparing like for like here as the PSS is one notch up in performance/track day credentials, but as a road tyre where this car will spend 100% of it's time, the Goodyears on this short drive are head and shoulders above the Michelins.
I have no idea about dry grip and the wear rate yet, but just on the first 10 miles, I know I made the exact right choice.
Once I get more miles on them in dry conditions I'll report back on how they feel subjectively to the PSS. But so far excellent.

Spent £1000's on 100's of tyres before. Had sports tyres, off road, SUV etc etc and always found something to improve on with a brand weather it be grip, comfort, noise or wear. Can report 0 things I hate about these.... oh except they are not £9.99 each and a packet of Rolos to fit

Been driving Michelin PS3/4 in all my cars the last 7years and this tire truly impressed, especially in dry, the PS4s struggled with rear grip on my 135i coupe now with the Eagle F1 asymm almost no wheel spin especially compared in colder weather, little bit more road noise to the PS4 but that’s marginal and considering the price difference the F1.5 would definitely be my next choice again, one last thing, the wear is almost identical 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻Great tire

Replaced Hankook Evo RFTs.
Wow! It's like a new car! Doesn't tramline, so much quieter, no bang wallop over anything other than a tiny stone, no constant rumbling. Steering feel is much better and lighter, noticeably quicker, and the whole car feels so much lighter. Tons of grip, and surprisingly less body roll. Amazing! No more run flats ever again!

Fitted to VW Passat to replace Pirelli Cinturato killed of by pothole and puncture.
The handling and steering precision are very good, BUT they are very noisy, You can feel every pebble in the road, a rough surface vibrates the steering wheel. On a smooth surface they are fine but on "tar and gravel" surface they are very very noisy. I think the sidewalls are much stiffer than the Pirelli's which gives the sporty handling performance but transmits all the road vibration into the car.

Recently fitted Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 5s to my Audi S5 replacing Hankooks that came on the car. The difference is noticeable and a huge improvement. Better grip wet and dry, composed handling and improved comfort and ride all add up to an outstanding result. I would have no hesitation in recommending these tyres to this car.

Going from the stock OE Asymmetric 2's to these would be a decent step up or so I thought, while the tire is good in general the unbelievable road noise at 60mph+ is horrific and certain surfaces seem to exacerbate the problem. By far the noisiest tire i've every heard, it may be the 20" in conjunction with a harder compound and tread pattern. Apart from this the tire is rock solid performance wise, A6 Allroad 272 is heavy car but these are not phased at all.

Running these on an Audi S5 Quattro changing from Continental 5P’s. All round good performance wet, dry and even in the lower winter temps for a 20 inch summer tyre, but unfortunately they are unbelievably noisy on some road surfaces.
The continentals wore much quicker in comparison, but a much much quieter tyre ! For my mixed motorway/town driving the Goodyear’s can quickly become quite cumbersome, and whilst I enjoy the performance I’m looking forward to ditching these already.

Although just fitted and only tested in rain these tyres have transformed the feel of my ST224, previously I had Pilot Sport4's all round but from around half worn they just didn't grip so well in wet. From the off the GY tyres bite into the wet tarmac and have given me more confidence in the cars handling, was well worth ditching the Michellins.

Usually always use ps4 on this car but they didn't have them in stock and the car came with the f1 3 which I could not fault.
I cannot fault these tyres at all I replace the steering arms at the same time aswell as tracking done and even 6 months later I'm still impressed so much I have started using these tyres on all my cars I would go as far as saying they as good as pilot sports and I'm sure if its cause the are just released but they are cheap £120 cheaper for 4 that mps it's a no brainer...
Only a fool would buy anything else bar pilot sports, I have done 4k of abusive miles and they still look new....
