Big step up over more road focused performance tyres (i.e. PS4S) in both dry grip, road feel, and limit handling. You can really feel the grip right up to the edge and they help cut down on (unwanted) limit oversteer during spirited twisty driving and even more so on track. For everyday usage in the summer they are overall great and easy to live with, especially in sizes with the anti-wheel-damage sidewall where they are surprisingly comfy and compliant. If you're racing or tracking all the time I'd go with a cheaper tyre with better outright grip but as a track focused tyre you can use every (summer) day they can't be beat. From a wear perspective, most people that I know who run cup 2s have to change them out on heat cycles rather than tread wear, especially if they see regular track use.
The primary complaint I have with them is that it rains regularly where I live and until they are warmed up, they have extremely limited grip in the wet; not normally noticeable in city driving if you behave yourself and after 10-20 mins of highway speeds their wet performance becomes completely adequate. The main issue is if you are tracking these in the wet, or pushing them while cold, they have barely any more grip than track slicks in the same conditions, especially since you can't push them that hard to warm them faster. I spent every track session (in the pouring rain) trying to get them to warm up and only got them to do so on the last lap or on the in lap every time, and several GT3s were in the same boat as I was.
