Fitment comes from each tyre's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.

Falken Sincera SN110 Ecorun 155-65-14 Citroën C1 10,000 miles August 7, 2025
First mounted on the rear 30,000 km ago, then now on all 4 wheels for about 15,000 km. It is difficult to find quality tires that are safe in my size.
The price/quality ratio is quite good, but the wear is a little too fast if you drive dynamically. After 15,000 km they are about 75% worn. You can't have everything.

On dry ground they are difficult to fault, on wet ground you feel the limit arrive more quickly, but it is progressive. The rear axle is simply unbreakable regardless of the road conditions and the driving style adopted.
The front axle was mounted in "Feu Vert Efficiency", the road holding of the Falken is generally a little better in the wet, but really superior in the dry.

When they are completely worn out, I definitely plan to get the same ones again.

Goodyear DuraGrip 165-60-15- Citroën C1 20,000 miles April 7, 2025
I was unsure at first as they had low grip, but after a few miles they wore in and I felt very confident in the wet and dry with the grip of my car. I never worried about aquaplaning when I had decent tread and I drove in very wet flooded conditions on the M6 with no issue, where I had significant issue with falkens in the past. On harsher corners I wasn't overly confident in the tyres. They seemed comfortable but were noisy, although the sound doesnt bother me. They lasted 2 years before I thought about changing them due to tread wear. Today I noticed that the outside wall of one of the tyres had a bulge in them although this isn't an issue as they needed changing anyway. On average I do about 8 to 9k miles a year on poor country roads and motorway occasionally.

I was a little concerned about trying these tyres but I don't drive like a boy racer so I decided to give them a go I have been pleasantly surprised with the comfort and handling in both wet and dry and the grip has been very good There is some type noise but not too much

Continental Premium Contact 2 225-45-17- Citroën C1 August 30, 2014
Great set of tyres. Not had them on for long but so impressed so far, especially on fuel economy. Full tank usually lasts one week but since havingg these put on im 5 days through and still have just over half a tank left! Feels a lot smoother to drive. Great buy

These replaced Avon ZT5's on the front of my car after a puncture, were recommended by the guys at kwiktwit. The grip is very good in the dry, as you'd expect most tyres to be. When it's even the slightest bit wet/damp they're terrifying. Everybody thinks I'm a "rudeboy roy" wheel spinning off from traffic lights etc, when in fact this is the only way these tyres allow you to pull off in the wet. They handle sharp corners worse than the titanic did, in fact you may want to consider planning a route that involves no corners whatsoever for rainy days. Going around a roundabout at a modest speed I under-steered horrifically and came off sideways, fortunately I didn't crash into anything. Braking in the wet causes the wheels to lock up no matter how gently you press the brakes. The only reason I've still got these tyres on my car is because I'm an impoverished student, if you can afford to get anything other than these tyres then do so.

They are very good tyre. Good grip in both wet and dry conditions. Nevr had any problems with them so far.

Wee bit road noise at high speed but its not too bad.

Avon tyres are not sa bad as people make them out to be.

But remember they are budget tires so they will never be perfect.

Dunlop SP StreetResponse 155-65-14- Citroën C1 3,000 miles April 5, 2013
..I had to replace the original front tyre (Michelin Energy) on my C1, after 28k. I have now run a little bit more than 3k and can only say that am very happy with the Dunlop. The grip is very good in dry conditions, simply amazing in wet conditions. Maybe they are a bit noisy but the truth is that the C1 is everything but comfortable and silence car..so am not too bothered about that. I do about 30 miles a day, 20 of which is motorway. I have noticed a significant improvement in the mpg, driving the car in the same conditions/same driving style. I would recommend this tyre and in the couple of months or so, will replace the 2 Michelin at the back with the Dunlop.

Can't fault these tyres! I also have a Focus Mk2 so have gone from Uniroyal Rainsport 2 on that car to Michelin Energy Saver + - I'm that impressed! Especially due to the small tyres/contact with the road they are great. The wife, who is cautious due to having a car write-off incident following a 360 slide in a car drives with the utmost confidence in this car with these tyres!!
They were also fine in the recent snow (6 mm tread).
