A great tyre on my Gixxer. Once at an optimum temperature the tyres stick then stick some more. The feedback of the tyre is just incredible, especially when you feel it gripping.
Wet weather riding hasn't even been an issue. The tread pattern may put some off thinking it won't handle in the wet but it seriously does amazing!

Stiffer side walls made set up a bit tricky but once dialed in these tyres gripped like the proverbial giving elbow down lean angles on a road legal tyre.
Used for 2 days at Cartagena race track in Southern Spain in 25degC heat left them a little tired and used at lunch on the second day.
B compound front with Endurance rear & silly low preassure took some getting used to 27fr 24r psi cold.
Warmed up well without warmers and you could pin it after two warm up laps with knee down after 6 corners.
I used these tyres late summer at Rockingham after getting them cheap & really liked them although would rate them more as a fast road summer tyre than pure track day as they're marketed.
I usually use Racetech K1fr k2r on set up suspension and can go through a rear a day whn it's sunny
The AV62 seemed to wear well, not to much snot on the edges and have cleaned up nicely giving no moments to speak off.
Will leave them on for day 1 @ Almeria before swapping over to Racetechs, great tyre & will put them on again
