Bridgestone Blizzak DM V2 235-55-18 Toyota Rav 4 2017 100,000 miles January 7, 2026

Bought DM-V2 for 17 rav4 and had to beach the car on snow to get stuck. Tried a friend’s car with Michelin X-ice and it felt like a budget tire compared to the Bridgestones. Very slippery on the wet dry and snow compared to the Bridgestones. Made X-ice sound
extremely overhyped. DM-V2 is everything you expect from a premium winter tire. Very soft ride, decent wet and dry grip, but I doubt there is better on the snow. Struggles to spin the wheels in snow with traction control off, and only slipped on wet black ice. I drive up steep snow hills when I’m bored just for fun but that gets boring too because it just climbs up like any other day

Nokian WetProof 235-55-18-H Toyota rav 1,000 miles May 13, 2020

I have bought winter tires from Nokian for my Toyota rav4 4x4 prior to buying these. Guess why .. because winter tires were insanely good. I bought my car with Bridgestone dueler tires that literally slipped over anything that was a little bit wet. In contrast, I was unable to slip these tires on wet, not to mention dry road. So far tried them on tarmac as well as gravel, dirt, grass and even mud. Never had any issues whatsoever. It's not that I am an expert in the subject, but have tested few different sets of tires from different manufacturers, and so far Nokians are my favs. Absolutely recommend.

Toyo Open Country All Terrain 225-65-17-H Toyota rav 55,000 miles December 3, 2013

These tires came with the RAV4 that I bought brand new summer of 2011. I am a fast and spirited driver who does a lot of city and highway driving. These tires have been through two patches, all the recommended tire rotations and I'm over 55,000 miles. I am needing to replace them and am considering buying another set. My only hesitation is price and on some Rav4 forum there was a bit of complaining about these tires???
