Not as good as the Michelin Cross climate 2 in snow, but an excellent all year tire that beats the Michelin in dry grip and handling. I live in central Pennsylvania and just bought my 2nd set of these in a row.

Very affordable. Just okay for an everyday use. Recommended for short drives. Havent tried for a long ride. Tire has a slight hard rubber sidewalls. I think can use it in a very long period of time.
Bought the car 2nd hand and these were fitted from original. Car has done 58,000klms. Just rotated tyres and perhaps have 3mths left. Seem to have good grip and don't protest when driven hard and seem predictable in the wet. Relatively quiet but provide a hard ride and had to lower pressures to improve comfort. No discernible understeer when driven hard into corners, but could be more precise in road feel and feedback. Would I buy these tyres, probably not as I feel I could definitely get better, but then again you have to pay more for that. To be honest, for a cheap Chinese tyre, they perform better than expected.
These tires have a decent amount of dry grip, I can still get them to spin a bit on a hard launch, but they excel in the wet, which is why I bought them. I live in central Maine, which can have very varied weather conditions, especially in spring and fall. I haven't had them in snow or ice yet, and will update this review when the time comes.
