235/45 20 Tyre Review Highlights
EQB 350 came with Pirelli P Zero PZ4 MO from factory, and have generally been an ok tyre. They excel in dry, above 12c+ conditions with incredible grip, in the wet I'd rate them as very good. However, they disappoint when temperatures fall below 10c, and even with 4MATIC it's fairly easy to break traction on damp roads. On this basis, they do not feel like a suitable tyre for the UK.
Will be replacing these tyres with Continental AllSeasonContact 2 in order to improve all-weather grip at the cost of outright summer performance and handling.

I bought the car with these tyres factory fitted and replaced front pair as they were worn after 50K km. If I could turn back time I'd rather buy 4 summer tyres and later 4 winter. I thought the car wasn't handing good because of the front worn tires but after installation of the new ones it's still not the best. When the car is parked for a couple of days the rubber will deform causing vibration. Recently when the temperature dropped below 0*C the tail wants to go sideways whenever there is a trace of a frost on the corner. I don't know are these rear tyres aged so badly?

These tyres are frightening on damp cold roads. Came new with my car and I can’t wait to replace them. They’re good in warm conditions but nothing special, but as soon as it gets cold they behave like budget tyres. I’ve had a lot of summer tyres in my time and none have suffered in the colder British weather like these do.

Performance on damp roads is poor and falls off the cliff edge when it’s cold outside. I appreciate they’re summer tyres but I’ve never had such notable drops in performance in all the summer tyres I’ve ever had on cars. The tyres are good when the weather is warm, but perform like cheap budget tyres when cold and damp and I lose all confidence in them. They came new with the car as standard but I can’t wait to change them out. Really disappointed.

Factory fit on a Skoda Kodiaq. Great ride/handling balance. Solid tyre in wet or dry. Lasted for 28,000km before I replaced. Noisy when worn but wet & dry traction remained strong. Replaced with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV which is better across most areas except handling - but thats a trade-off for better ride comfort.

These came standard on our secondhand 2 y/o Lynk & Co 01 phev with 16k kms, and are the first/factory fitted tires. They will likely be finished after 23k kms, according to our garage mechanic. Since we did 3k of those projected 23k, it's difficult to offer any long time judgement. But for the 4k we've had them here in the Netherlands and during our French holiday, they were decent, but not great. They favor new and pristine asphalt, and handle a bit better in a warm and dry environment, wet and cold aren't its favorite circumstances.

These are slightly quieter than the factory fitted tyres ( Michelin) and notice no difference in dry or wet in summer but noticeable increase in grip and handling in the typical Highlands cold/very wet roads, been a very cold and very wet previous winter and has handled the snowy bits quite well ( not as good as crossclimate 2's in the snow) coming into another winter here in the Highlands, so will see how this winter pans out.
Very pleased with the product and performance and at over £200 cheaper for a full set than the Michelins all seasons, very happy with the tyres.

Have had them as standard fitment on my Kodiaq vRS. Owned a diesel for 4 years which I traded in for a petrol vRS. On the diesel which is heavier by I guess 65 kgs (at the front), the tyres lasted abt 26k kms and were down to 3mm. No track usage but driven spiritedly whenever possible. The grip is great, the breaking and feedback is great in both dry and wet. Inspires a lot of confidence to drive quick. Past the 4mm mark, the wet grip/handling starts getting compromised but can be fun aswell - the tail steps out easier. On the petrol too, the tyres have the same characteristics. Have used them on track. Down to 5mm now after 16k kms. I did feel the wear is on higher side but given the other characteristics, its an even trade-off. Cannot comment how it compares to other high performance tyres. Will probably try something else like Pilot Sport just to know the difference once the current set wears off.

Used on Skoda Kodiaq. I do 900k's a week and clocked up 65k's on these and rotated twice. awesome wear. Used over 2 winters and no slips whats so ever on the twisty roads I drive. Highly recommended. Swapped over from the Continentals on car and would have replaced with them but they were twice the price. can't compare the two as swapped out nearly wore continentals at around 40k's.

So, i have those tires installed on my GLC350. The rims came with 2 new all season tires and i have purchased additional 2. When i saw the texture of the rubber i thought that those tires will not be good for snow especially that the rims are big and car is very heavy,.over 2tones. My experience so far, tested on dry, wet and snow. On dry and wet the car handles wery well even at high speeds and surprisingly tires are silent. Tested them on the snow recently Poland and Slowakia. No issue to navigate trough snow 5-10 cm on road not a single time anti slippery system came on. One minus ive noticed, turning may be a little bit more tricky but holds well if you turn at low speed. Exiting from a parking lot full of snow without an issue ( 4x4 helps also) I do recommend those tires i believe they are a very good compromise. Are dedicated winter tires better, from top companies( Continental Pirelli Good Year) absolutely, are dedicated medium class winter tires better ( Fulda, Hankok) is questionable. When both me and my mechanik saw the steucture of tire we were sure it will not perform well in winter but it seems our impression was wrong.
