Put a set of these on my Mercedes V Class, very disappointed with the wear, as only lasted 10k on the rears & possibly 12k on the fronts, I expected at least 15k as not a budget brand!

Had Pirelli scorpion verde originally on my SUV which were a high performing tires. Had to change due to wear and decided to give the Kumho a try. Ill be brief, this is a very sluggish tire which will make your car feel heavy and demand more power during acceleration. If you’re looking for performance tires this isnt the one. This is more of a day to day commute tire.

Bought these for the rear of my VF Redline Commodore.
They are quite soft and grip well and comfort wise are great value for money.
I have only driven in the dry to date so cannot comment on wet grip.
One thing I didn't like is they are only 265 wide when inflated. They are 275 at rest off the rims but are only 265 when fitted to rims and inflated.
A little misleading and as such I won't be buying them again. For spirited weekend driving in the dry, they are good value for money.

Purchased these for my 2008 BMW E92 M3. They were recommended on an M3 facebook page by multiple people as a decent value alternative to Michelins etc. Some people even said they were better than the flagship premium brands, so thought they were worth a go!

Initial impressions were ok, but over the space of a few weeks started to notice their flaws. I found that even when you engaged a little bit of power (not flooring the pedal) the traction light would regularly light up. This was not the case with the outgoing Michelins PS4's. I also found in the wet they did not give much confidence. In dry condition they are improved, but certainly not in the same league as Goodyear Eagle F1's, PS4/PS5's etc. That I could somewhat live with given their price...but regretted not buying Michelin or Continentals.

What I have found really poor though is the wear....and reading the reviews here I am clearly not the only one! They have only lasted about 6k miles and it is not driven particularly hard. This is roughly half, maybe closer to a third of the life of the outgoing Michelins. Having also had PS5's on a Mercedes A35 AMG that have lasted 20k miles and that is AWD, along with PS4's on a 335d Tourer Xdrive lasting 17k miles, these fall seriously short.

So therefore they really are false economy. Not only do they somewhat impede the performance of a powerful car (and that's what they seem to be aimed at), if they only last 30-50% of that of a Michelin they work out to be quite expensive!

After 12 months and 15,000 miles of aggressive use on my RWD 2 ton saloon, I've come the the conclusion that:

Due to hard sidewalls and compound it is quite firm, you will feel the ruts in the road.

Dry use is fine, sticks to the road very well - especially when warmed up - no major complaints in dry weather (which isn't very often in the UK).

Wet/greasy use is different story, on the rear wheels of my 300+bhp diesel barge it is quite skittish. Accelerating off roundabouts - even at a normal pace - you feel little-to-no reassurance that the back-end won't try to kick itself out.

Take the above information as you will, but I won't be buying these tyres again for a daily runner.
However, I definitely would do if it was for a track car only used in summer.

Used only in summer with roughly 5 thousand miles and failed to pass inspection the following spring. Tires didn't even last long enough to get rotated. I'm out on Kumho's and could have got this with the cheapest available tire. Even a summer performance tire should last a few years at low miles.

Put them on my Golf R after reading some good reviews. The tread depth seemed a little shallow so i checked it with a digital depth guage. 5.66mm on the inside grove for a brand new tyre this is a rip off. Checked with Kuhmo and they said the new tread depth should be 7.1mm. returned them and swaped them for Dunlop. Kuhmo what a rip off. I will never trust them again and encourage others to check their new tread depth before putting them on the car.

Used them on my Cayman from new to legal thread thickness. Definitely NOT a UHP tyre from a grip perspective, as you can easily overheat it on a normal twisty mountain road. When warmed-up the grip is almost ok, steering feeling is also good, but when pushing after a while you loose confidence, feeling and grip. Tested once on track and it is absolutely the wrong tyre, as soon becoming unpredictable (spinning at same speed, same corner at second lap). You can buy it for a normal everiday usage of the car, if in you size this is the Kumho offer, as this is a very cheap tyre. Avoid it for sporty road or track usage.

Fitted this Kumho Ecsta ps91 on rear axle of my 2010 e90 2.0D Fitted in end of April 2021, taken off in start of October 2021, driven 12 000Km, and they are spent to the end, bald.... Wear is absolute disaster....

4 new tyres fitted. Fronts needed replacing after 16,000 miles.

At first i was very impressed with the design and the similarities between Michelin PS4 and PS91. Dry grip was very good but that s the only good thing about this tyre. Sidewall - the stiffness is incredible, you can barely fit them on the rims. Confort - it laks confort, you can feel every bump, big or small, terrible. After 2 years of moderate use 8000k km each summer visible cracks between treads appeared, with is very dangerous thing. On wet they are very slippery, i lost control a couple of times. So then i went for Michelin PS4 and Vredestein Ultrac Vorti which i think is the best tire i had ever had on my Audi A6

InI tried kumho ps91. The tread life is very short. I put on my BMW X3. 8 months later I hv to change. My wife drive very careful with kids. I m a bit dissatisfied

Boxster 987. Came with these tyres on but one of the rears had a screw in it so replaced both rears about 6000 miles back. grip has been excellent in both wet & dry, but then again, I never push n the wet. Mostly daily driving with occasional fast B-roads, my rears are nearly done after 6000 miles. I'm not sure if that's my driving style or the compound of the rubber. Either way that's a bit dosappointing in terms of wear.

Initially I was very pleased with these tyres. They handled much better than the pirelli tyres that came on the car and overall made the car much more stable in corners. Fitted to the fronts when the rears were nearly at the end of their life, I have now found myself replacing all 4 at the same time. Well, this would be the case if tyres hadn't split along sidewalls rending them useless.

Seemed like a great value midrange tyre initially, but wore out very quickly. All 4 where put on with in a month of each other and only last 12.000s on the front. Maybe 30% left on rears. , while the fronts needed replacing. So I've replaced them all for Dunlop sportmax GTs. Only £10 more per tyre.
