Very good tyre for the price. I have used them for as long as I could (65000 Km) because i drive mostly on highways here in Italy without snowy conditions. If you check periodically the pressure the tyre wear is very good.
I drove on snow and i have found a good grip on packed snow.
Dry handling was not great even on new tires and in wet condition they behave well, at least in their first 40000 Km but at the end the wet grip was awful, of course.

Bought these tires as I had a puncture on one of my old fronts. On the old (cheap) tires I noticed poor wet grip, and a general lack of feel from the tires. I applied these tires to the front only, the rears are still some cheap brand. The car has about 60hp, so not a lot of power, however due to lack of TC, it was actually pretty easy to spin the front wheels, even in the dry when starting spiritedly. After applying these tires, it is significantly more difficult to make this happen which is nice. The feel has been greatly improved with these tires, and the grip when going round a bend is noticeably greater. The feedback is enough to be pretty clear of where the limit is. The car feels more bitey and fun to drive. In the wet it's more of the same, I have a lot of faith in the front tires, and haven't found the car understeery at all with them.

Came from Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons Gen 2. These tires are much better in dry then Gen 2, approx as good in rain as Gen 2. Do not like dry braking feel when you press pedal to the floor (hard to estimate your stopping distance) , but dry and wet handling are exemplary. I sincerely doubt I will get the chance to test them on snow, but I hope snow is not trade off for very good dry and wet handling.

Doesn't match a summer tyre in the dry and feels a bit wooly when warm but incredible on wet, greasy roads and when the weather is colder. Lots of grip and feedback in the rain. Braking isn't the best again but good enough. I and I live in the Midlands in the UK and when we had some heavy snow last winter I was able to drive up and down steep hills and corner with confidence while others were sliding around.

Driving on mostly motorways for 29000 spirited miles
Got them as OEM on my new Volkswagen Polo 1.2 90HP in 2015, in winter I use winter tyres, after 3 seasons in front and 2 seasons in the rear, I have to change 2 tyres (legal limit) after about 47,000 km (29,000 miles). I think I'll change the remaing 2 tyres in the middle of next summer. I never had problems in the dry or in the wet. I make a lot of freeway in Switzerland and I go to the maximum legal speed also in the rain. I think fuel consumption is good, around 6.1 liter/100 km. The wear could be maybe better, but it's not very important for me. Next spring I'll buy different 2 new tyres because I would like to have more confort and less noise. But I think these Nexen N-Blue HD are safe tyres and the price is very low, so I can recommend.

There is everything to like about this tyre. Yet another win from Avon. Feels very soft on side wall but wear is excellent, is quiet, grippy and after 8,500 miles on a front wheel drive car there is n9 visible wear. Avon is a very understated manufacturer and I’d compare their tyres to a longer lasting Pirelli. We have been very impressed, this vehicle is my mum’s Polo but we have other Avon’s on our BMW 5 series and Range Rover and are equally pleased. They represent astonishing value for money and are a very safe tyre.
