Nokian emerged as the overall test winner with a score of 9.2. The tyre shows excellent grip in both wet and dry conditions, with class-leading braking distances. Particularly strong in aquaplaning resistance, the Hakka Blue 3 also delivered the best braking results on wet surfaces. The tyre remains stable and predictable in all conditions, with good steering response and minimal noise. While not the cheapest option, its balanced performance makes it an ideal choice for safety-conscious drivers.

The Nokian Hakka Blue 3 is among the best for grip and handling, but loses points due to relatively high rolling resistance. It offers precise steering with good lateral grip on wet roads, though the Nokian can be abrupt between grip and skidding during evasive maneuvers. The Nokian Hakka Blue 3 handles aquaplaning decently. On dry roads, the Nokian is described as perfect, with good braking and precise steering. Despite excellent performance characteristics, the Nokian's inefficiency limited its overall score to 8.7 points for fifth place.

One of the big news of the test is the third generation Hakka Blue. Compared to its predecessor, there is a more well-balanced balance between wet/dry, where above all stability and grip level in the dry have lifted a notch.
Wet roads are still the specialty of the tyre. The stopping distance is the shortest of the test. The driving characteristics are logical and easy to control with a steady rear end, even at high cornering speeds. However, Blue 3 misses the very highest points in the aquaplaning. The rolling resistance is also relatively high.
While Blue 3 has some pattern noise on smooth asphalt, the noise level is very comfortable on a rough surface. High wet grip with improved sharpness on dry gives Nokian a second place overall.
