Suzuki SX4 Scross 1.4T Boosterjet Tyre Review Highlights

Driving on a combination of roads for 8000 average miles
Bought the MPS4 to replace the ContiEcoContact that came as OEM, so most the comparison will be done against them, although it's not the same category really... The Michelins will probably wear faster (although I replaced my previous set of tires because of both being used for 40.000 kilometers, and as they started to feel worse in handling - even though they weren't worn out that much), but everything else is much better (aside from stiffness, which seems to be about the same, at least subjectively).

All in all, the MPS4 are great both on dry and wet, they handle very precisely (especially the corners!), and the braking distances are obviously better that with the Conti's Eco tires - literally, like driving a different car. On the weaker side, when hitting bumps (even the smaller road imperfections), they are a bit hard, both in the feel in the car, and on the ear. Also, not very silent on highways, but it's not a big deal.

All in all, a very good tire, that I would recommend, even if it does have a few flaws.

Driving on a combination of roads for 25000 average miles
Very good experience with them, 5th winter now using the Eskimo HP2 (probably the last one, as I tend to believe the time itself takes a toll on the tire, even if the treads still look fine). Never had any problems with them (in terms of reduced safety while driving), except from once on a snowy, unplowed road, where we didn't comfortably come to a halt while braking - at least not where I anticipated it (maybe an additional meter, from a very low speed, maybe 25 km/h). However, there was no damage to anybody/anything, and the conditions were really nasty. Aside from that, I feel the difference on wet (compared to my Pilot Sport 4, in mild temperatures, say 5-10 dg Celsius) and on dry roads, but still the experience is more that satisfactory. Factoring in the quiet ride and the slow wear - a recommendation from me, I consider the Eskimo HP2 to be safe and reliable, especially for the price.

Driving on a combination of roads for 6000 average miles
I came from crossclimate 2 to this yokohamas..
Crossclimate was an exceptional tyre but only for 2 years..After that became very slippery even in dry roads..
I was searching for SUV tyres with m+s and I had few options for my tyre size..I got these geolandars after a lot of reading..
Until now and after 6000 km the tyre has a great grip in dry and wet..Very comfortable tyre, I go over pumps way more comfortable than CC
The only minus is that at speeds above 150 is not as solid as CC..
Not tested yet at snow and ice..

Driving on mostly town for 5000 spirited miles
Very nice tires from Vredestein! Got them as partially worn with 7.0mm front and 7.7mm back. Installed them a little late (end of November in The Netherlands, average temp. was 5°C), and there was a noticeable difference compared to the factory Conti's. First, the rolling resistance is very high on these, went from 23km per litre to no higher than 18km per litre. The grip in the cold wet is very nice, never had a doubt. Dry is OK for a Winter tire, they like to squeal in hard dry corners between 7° and 15°c. Took them off end of April, and the wear is very good, about 0.9mm front worn off and 0.4 back, in about 4000 miles with occasionally testing the limits in the corners. Sound is noticeable, but not annoying. No snow or ice as we had a very mild winter. Recommended as a slightly cheaper option in expensive sizes.

Driving on mostly country roads for 27 easy going miles
I fitted these tyres as replacements for my original stock summer tyres. Those tyres needed replacing after 25K miles, whereas these have already done 27K with 4ml of tread left. My driving covers 90% A and B roads with 10% motorway, so as far as wear is concerned I'm pleased. My driving style is reasonable. I like a quick sprint occasionally, but for the most part it's relaxed. I'm not a late braker either, so a more aggressive driving style would obviously impact tyre wear. As for reliability, there's no sign of damage or uneven wear. I've never had a puncture, and a while ago I hit a very deep pothole that was filled with water doing approximately 40mph, and I fully expected the tyre to puncture, but it didn't. So resistance to impact seems good. There's very little road noise either. I don't take corners anywhere close to the limit, but on the odd occasion when I've had to swerve etc, the car has behaved impeccably in the dry. Wet grip is not so impressive as I've very occasionally experienced some mild oversteer. I've once had to emergency stop in the dry, with no dramas. Can't comment on wet braking. I recently has some experience of driving in 3-4 cm of snow and the tyres performed perfectly well on the flat, but slipped a little on some hills. That said, i was able to go places that no 2 wheel drive with summer tyres could go. A couple of drivers stopped me whilst driving in the trough of Bowland telling me they had had to turn round, but my s-cross handled things very well. I'll certainly buy them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

OE tyres for 2021 Suzuki S-cross Can't talk a lot about wear, but they should last a long time from what I've seen as a mechanic. The dry grip is excellent, most Eco 5's have a AA rating for traction. Wet grip is very nice, nothing to complain. Feedback is just ok for a eco tyre, although the sidewall is very soft. I've seen PremiumContact 5's dry rot really quickly, but these EcoContact 5's I've almost never seen dry rotting. Excellent tyre Continental!

This tires are solid! got them from the dealership together with the car. It's been two years now (two winters) and cca 20-25k km. I have nothing bad to say about them. On dry - good, on snow - good, on wet - good. on slipery blob when snow starts to melt - they are good-ish. And that is the only bad thing I have to say about them. BUT, keep in mind they are stil trustworthy and I can recommend them to anyone. I have 4x4 SUV, and the tires didn't get no mercy.

Driving on mostly motorways for 33000 spirited miles
Had these tires on my Suzuki crossover for 4 years. Drove 79,000 kilometers on them. Overall, very satisfied. Since I live in Israel in desert conditions, dry grip is the important feature, and I feel these tires are good and safe when it comes to dry grip. Wet grip is all right too but less good. Wear was also good as they lasted for so long on burning hot surfaces at speeds of 140 km/h. Bought these same tires again now, replacing all four. Cons: they are a bit noisy, imho. Pros: safe, good ware P.S. I used to be a driver in the army. So, have some experience with performance tires.

Those are the original tyres on my car. I have driven them for 54000 km, so in my opinion they are very durable . Their grip is good on dry and wet surface (my driving style is moderate). I haven't experienced any problems so far. I feel confident on any road. Maybe the only problem is that they are a little bit noisy.
I want to replace them because the tread depth is reaching its limit and I want to do so before the winter . If it wasn't for their high price I would have purchased them again. I definitely recommend these kind of tyres.
