Top 3 Nokian Snowproof P Reviews

Given 91% while driving a Honda Civic 1.5T (235/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 2,000 spirited miles
Using on Honda Civic Sport+, dry handling is great. On slippery conditions such as melty snow tyres are awesome. Despite the wide dimensions, in heavy snow braking and handling is better than expected. At 150 km/h a strange noise comes from tyres but after 160 it stops.

Very pleased with these tyres on my Tesla Model 3 Performance. Rock solid on snow and ice and in cold, wet conditions. A little more noisy than my Summer Michelin Pilot Sports (only at slower speeds) but to be expected.

The main reason to buy Nokian is definitively the Cost-Quality ratio, almost unbeatable. That being said, I found the tyre very noise, and with a resonance issue between 126 and 129 km/h where they they start to rumble and they become very noisy. But at least the steering wheels does not vibrate. This is a design issue. On the snow and Ice, are not the best for sure, but they are safe enough and I never got stuck (I live in the Swiss Alps).

    Latest Nokian Snowproof P Reviews

Given 98% while driving a Mercedes Benz C250 CDI Blutec (245/40 R18) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
After wra3 and wra4 (both excellent on dry and wet, excellent on snow and ice, the wra3 better at very low, almost freezing temperatures, the wra4 better on snow), I tried the snowproof P. I haven't yet tried the new directional design on snow , but on dry surfaces they essentially follow the excellent handling performance of the two previous models with asymmetrical design. With the rudder, in the absence of longitudinal channels, the footprint on the ground seems to be wider, and the cornering grip perhaps slightly greater. The sidewall is stiffer than previous models, and this gives better handling, a lower steering angle and lateral lie, further improving driving dynamics. Anyone who says that Nokians don't handle the road well on wet, dry and snow either doesn't know how to drive in different road conditions, or their car has problems. I've read about deformations on this model, well it depends on whether during season changes you keep the tires resting in the right place, in the right way, and this applies to every brand and model.

Worst tyres I've ever used! They deformed after 10.000km (2 seasons) of use and now they will go straight to the garbage - the car shakes. Shame on you, Nokian!

I love Nokian Tires in the Winter. The new Snow proof P is a very good and sporty tire. Snow and overall grip is outstanding. Will by it again.

Despite the test results regarding low aquaplaning resistance I had no issues with it. Water drainage is really effective. Snow performance is magnificent. 35 cm thick snow with ice underneath without a single issue. I was using c. climate + SUV before and the difference is really big in winter performance. I drove through deep and shallow water patches both straight and curves. Really assuring tyres.
