Passenger Car All Season Touring Tyres Tyre Review Highlights
Even though in some tests they do not rate well the dry performance I found it quite impressive for an affordable all-season, it's progressive even when pushing and gives plenty of confidence. I also did not experience any big "fault" on the wet and snow, however I had some tricky situation on the ice vs a proper winter tyre. I would reccomend this tyre very much unless (like me) you decide to move somewhere with icy roads.

Bought these tyres to replace existing mis-matched budget tyres than the car came with. Immediately noticed the improved levels of grip, comfort and reduced noise, which has made the driving far more pleasureable. Wet grip is confidence inspiring and while the car isn't outstanding in the dry it is very predictable and the tyres communicate well as you approach their limits. Wear has not been an issue to date and I'm expecting them to last well.

A good all season tyre with excellent braking and grip on snow, like a winter tyre. High comfort and low noise.

Everything is as anticipated from their price tag but the most dangerous thing is their braking performance on wet road. You really dont want to panic break on a set of those. Very scary! Other than that, they are a decent cheap solution.

Well my linglong greenmax all season tyres were half the price of a set of Michelins, certainly not half their performance.
They were very good value for money, with good grip levels in all driving conditions, all year round.
For the money (£56 each fully fitted), they were an absolute bargain.
Only issue I could marginally fault them on, is they have a margionally firmer ride, compared to a premium set of all season tyres. Considering what I've saved on buying them, only a very small compromise.
They are like night and day for winter use, compared to my previous set of summer continental tyres.

The tyres came on the car when I got it, with 5mm of tread left. Lasted a whole year (17k km) before I replaced them for the next winter, as we have quite cold and snowy winters here. Used for everyday driving on an AWD Model 3, a mix of motorway and city. I don't have much to compare them to, but they seemed competent enough, especially on dry and wet. They did slide around quite a bit in the snow, but breaking was more or less acceptable. Useless on ice, as most all season tyres are. No real complaints, no excessive noise, no noticeable impact on range, no weird characteristics. If you want to save some cash and have mild winters, these are definitely an option.
I replaced them with brand new Nokian SeasonProof 2 and, no surprise, the Nokians are better in the snow. We'll see how they fare in summer, I may end up switching back to the Maxxis.

After 2 years and 15000km front tyres at the TWI winter marker and the rear tyres do not show much wear. Wet grip is terrible, it's hard pull off the lights with all this wheel spin. On the snow they are note to bad better ten in the wet. On the dry they are quite comfortable and easy to drive.

Tyres arrived with the car.

Went through a large pothole at speed. Wheel damaged, tyre very damaged, but held its air and prevented an accident.

Whay kore can we ask of a tire?

When new had good performance.
After one summer, got hardened and performance dropped from 8/10 to 6/10.
On icy sludge became almost unusable. Took me 10m to stop where others did it in 4m with abs activated.
Not happy, never again.

I fitted these on my 320d (F31) in december last year, they performed surprisingly well in the harsh winterconditions we had. The tires also performed well on dry roads and higer Autobahn speeds (160-200kmh). The road feedback is good for a allseason tire, im am happier than with the Vredestein quadtrac pro plus which seemed squisher. I am interested on how they will perform on warmer days in the summer. No signs of wear could be noticed at this point.

I've had now 2 sets altogether of this type, love them, bought them since 2020 and Jonathan tested them in 2021. I once changed for Kumho 4S but didn't like their wet performance.
The Nexen's last about 32000 miles, they're quiet, perform well in all circumstances and are budget-priced.
The only disadvantage might be the feedback of the tire which is a bit vage if you conform it to summier tyres.
