Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 — rated 74%
while driving a BMW X3 2.0d XDrive for 7000 miles
Great driveability with this tyre, but the noise levels on less than silky smooth roads is horrible compared to the Pirelli P7s I was using on my last car, so wouldnt buy again.

Kumho Ecsta Sport S PS72 — rated 61%
while driving a Porsche 718 GTS for 850 miles
I use my car for sport driving only on deserted roads so I should preface this review with the knowledge that they have a short life especially on the rear.

Most of the 800 miles have been in wet/damp or drying conditions.

Tread depth shocked me as they are down to 4mm already.

I have no complaints about the grip, they have excellent traction in wet conditions so I have no doubt the same applies to dry.

I can’t comment on steering feel etc as they are only on the rears.

Kumho Ecsta Sport PS72 — rated 91%
while driving a Mazda 3 Skyactiv 2018 for 10000 miles
The tires perform really well, with excellent wet grip. They feel very safe, and they're also very good in the dry, though braking distance seems a bit long. They're also quite comfortable. The only problem is that above 170 km/h I experience a slight vibration in the steering, which I didn't have with the stock Bridgestone Turanza.

Continental Sport Contact 5 — rated 63%
while driving a Land Rover Discovery 3 for 11500 miles
I found the tyre a little noisy compared with the last brand, I was very disappointed with the wear on these tyres, 11500 miles (18000 km) on exactly the same road surface as my last set of tyres of which I had 26,000k the continental is not a cheap tyre, it was recommended by Norauto in Lugo, Spain.
It is not a tyre i would recommend after this use, I am a careful driver 70 years of age, the vehicle has never been off road and it is used as my daily commute i do not exceed speed limits.

Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport — rated 86%
while driving a BMW 330i for 12500 miles
Dry Handling and Cornering is amazing. Inspires confidence. Fares well in the wet for UUHP tyre. Wear is fast on extreme torque usage. Well worth it though!

Continental MaxContact MC7 — rated 93%
while driving a BMW 330i for 13000 miles
Conti MC7 is excellent in wet conditions. In dry conditions, it is very good although it would not be on par with UUHP tyres like GY Eagle F1 Supersport. Definitely an upgrade from Michelin Pilot Sport 4 ZP which were the OE tyres. Treadwear life is amazing.

Continental SportContact 7 — rated 73%
while driving a Hyundai Elantra N for 11000 miles
I have loved these tyres, but they just have not lasted very long. I doubt I'll get to 20k kms, which is a bit disappointing. This includes lots of daily work travel, a good handful of spirited drives in the outer hills (road legal speeds), and 1x hyundai track day at Winton Raceway in Melbourne Australia. Daily use does include various accelerations, but Im not too crazy all the time, but I do enjoy cornering...! Tyres have been regularly rotated and 3x alignments done, so well looked after. Pressures maintained. Track day was not as great as I hoped for these tyres. It was a fairly hot day, the tyres felt pretty soft in the heat with their handling, and just fairly good grip, some tyre roll too. They have felt grippier on the twisty roads than on track. On road they are amazing on a spirited drive, but I need a tyre to last longer for cost reasons mainly. Thinking Goodyear AS 6's next (hard to choose still...?)
Overall, I would buy again if they lasted longer, but I guess thats the price you pay with a tread wear rating of 240. fairly soft. Photo is during the track day, shame the crush rock car park surface makes it hard to see the wear.

Pirelli P Zero PZ4 — rated 73%
while driving a Mercedes Benz EQB 350 for 20000 miles
EQB 350 came with Pirelli P Zero PZ4 MO from factory, and have generally been an ok tyre. They excel in dry, above 12c+ conditions with incredible grip, in the wet I'd rate them as very good. However, they disappoint when temperatures fall below 10c, and even with 4MATIC it's fairly easy to break traction on damp roads. On this basis, they do not feel like a suitable tyre for the UK.

Will be replacing these tyres with Continental AllSeasonContact 2 in order to improve all-weather grip at the cost of outright summer performance and handling.

Michelin Pilot Sport 5 — rated 73%
while driving a Mercedes Benz C250 2012 for 18000 miles
You feel every bump in the road. Surefooted in wet and dry. Give total confidence in all weathers and at any speed.5mm tread left at 18000 miles and I don't hang about. Tyres need replacing due to cracking on sidewall. Will I buy again? After weighing up the pros and cons. Maybe.

Pirelli P Zero — rated 61%
while driving a Jaguar XFS Sportbrake for 13000 miles
I’ve driven about 13,000 miles over the past year on Pirelli P Zero 245/45/R18 tires.

Starting with the positives: on wet summer rainy days, they are excellent. In corners, they feel glued to the tarmac, and the grip is very confidence-inspiring. Their behavior in the wet is a complete game changer.

In dry conditions, however, I feel less confident. The front end feels quite light, and the feedback from the front wheels isn’t as communicative as I would like. On the plus side, they are very comfortable and surprisingly fuel-efficient.

The downside is wear. They wear out faster than I expected. Based on the current rate, I estimate around 18,000–20,000 miles maximum, and I probably have only about 5,000 miles left on them. Considering that they’re not cheap, I expected a longer lifespan.

Overall, they’re great in the wet and comfortable to drive, but due to the wear and dry-road feedback, I’ll be trying something different next time.

Pirelli P Zero PZ4 — rated 69%
for 10000 miles
Stock tires on my Focus ST. Good comfort for a sport tire and noise levels were also good. The grip was exceptional until they dropped below 3mm tread. Then, the grip levels progressively dropped but still the tire was informative, so there was no sudden grip loss. The feedback from is also really nice as they felt direct to the steering input. The worst part is for sure the durability as these tyres are 3 years old and roughly 15k kilometers old and are at 2mm at the front and 3mm at the back and there are a few major cracks on the sidewalls. My driving style is pretty average and the tyres haven't been used on track.
