Michelin Pilot Super Sport rated 90% while driving a BMW 325i M Sport
Driving on a combination of roads for 31000 spirited miles
Ran the PSS on my BMW 325i from 2014 to 2024 (!), they managed just above 50 000km/31 000 miles still having about 3mm of tread left driven on Swedish relatively rough asphalt. Some slight dry cracks appearing. Square setup on 8,5x19" and rotated them about 4 times. Ran about 2,8-3,2 Bars of pressure.

Great steering feel and (specially when worn down a bit), very good grip but a little high in road noise and bouncy ride on uneven surfaces. Didnt seem to aquaplan that easily, but wet grip was a little lacking (never felt dangerous). Suprisingly good below freezing (dry) ambient temp. Seemed to last forever! Pretty good rim protection as well.

Replaced by PS5 on 2024 on same wheels, same dimension for better comfort and looks (lol).

Continental SportContact 7 rated 96% while driving a Audi Q3
Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 average miles
Very very good tyre, sportly but comfortable too.
Excellent handling both in dry and wet, precise steering and road feedback.
They go in temperature immediately and let enjoy the driving experience.
Very recommended

Michelin Pilot Sport 5 rated 83% while driving a SEAT Leon
Driving on a combination of roads for 5000 average miles
My experience so far:

Wet:
The grip on wet roads is fantastic, like no other tire I have ever had. No aquaplaning, no early understeering, nothing... just good grip.
They give a lot of confidence in corners and the braking is really powerful too. This may sound weird, but sometimes I even go out driving when it's raining hard, just because it's fun with these tires on. I bought these tires mostly because of their promised wet weather (grip) performance, I have no regrets here.

Dry:
Strong braking performance. Cornering does not feel a lot different than my previous Hankook UHP tires, but those were worn down to nearly the minimal legal tread depth, which meant good grip on dry roads. The Michelin PS5's are new with full tread, so I guess it's impressive they feel simular.
When really pushing the car understeers normally and predictably. The tires seem to do especially well in longer and faster corners when compared to short tight corners. They're good in short corners too, but not exceptional. Temperature does play an important role here, I think.

Temperature:
In my opinion it makes a very noticable difference whether it's below or above 15 degrees (Celcius) outside in terms of cornering. The PS5 seems to really come alive on a warm day. And then the above mentioned short corners suddenly become a lot more fun too. This is probably the case for most (UHP) tires, but still it's worth noting that PS5 dry cornering feels more "sporty" as the temperature rises.

Comfort etc:
They are firm but not uncomfortable. I did have to try a few different pressures before I found the best balance between comfort and performance. Ofcourse there are more comfortable tires out there, but that is not what you are looking for when you buy UHP tires.
I drive fairly briskly on average, sometimes near the limit where "safe" to do so, but never like a maniac. But I also drive many boring 100-120 km/h stretches on cruise control. The PS5 seems to be the perfect tire for all of the above. A good balance of comfort/noise and performance.

Wear:
After 5.000 km the front tires are now at 7,0mm. They were 7,5mm when new. You can do your own math, but to me it seems like they should be able to reach 40-50.000 kilometers when you take care of them.

Any negatives?
Well, they do feel slightly "heavier" than my previous summer UHP tires (mounted on the same rims). In terms of acceleration and fuel economy they are not as good yet. This will probably get better once the tires wear down, but still: about 10% extra fuel on average highway use (cruise control on) seems a lot. Even for brand new tires, where 3-5% extra fuel use can be expected. I swapped back to my winter tires briefly, to check if it was the wheels/tires or something else. But it's the tires. I have now done around 5.000 km on these tires and it seems to be getting better slowly, in terms of fuel use.

All in all very happy with these Michelin Pilot Sport 5's. And I think they look pretty good too.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S rated 59% while driving a Mercedes Benz GLE 350de
Driving on mostly motorways for 800 average miles
Have been mainly Pirelli or Continental tyres over the past 35 years of doing around 30,000 miles a year. Had Michelin Pilot Sport fitted to a 4x4 car (so supposed to be ideal for rough ground) and in less than 800 miles there appeared a small side wall bulge. Fitter thought probably faulty tyre as no other sign of damage to wheel but waste of time contacting Michelin as they would for sure just say road damage. Never had side wall damage in the past so lesson learnt, will stick to brands that never let me down in the past. These are £450 tyres and looking at the other reviews, side walls seem to be Michelins downfall. How hard can it be to make a decent tyre, I’ve had birthday candles that have lasted longer.

Hankook Ventus S1 evo 3 rated 82% while driving a BMW X3 2.0d Sport
Driving on mostly town for 2000 average miles
Changed my P Zeros to a cheaper brand and brought Hankook for my BMW X3 and i was very surprised , the drive was smooth and road handing very good but i don't drive fast in the wet, and they are very quite as well when on the motorway . The last lost of tyres were nearly £1k and these were £766 and to be fair what a great buy, not had them long enough to judge the road wear but the Pirellis in my opinion wore very quickly especially at the front .

Falken Azenis FK520 rated 87% while driving a BMW 1 series
Driving on a combination of roads for 2000 average miles
Very happy with these tyres. The previous one which were fitted to my car were Goodyear Assymetric 6 which performed well but wore quickly and started cracking after only a few months. Initially these were slightly down on grip in the wet but now they have a few miles on them they perform just as well and appear to be wearing much better. Couple that with the much cheaper purchase price and you have a great tyre which I will buy again. Things like comfort, handling are all good, they are a relatively stiff sidewall tyre which translate to a sharp turn in, but this appears to have not affected comfort in a noticeable way.

Falken Azenis FK520 rated 84% while driving a BMW 440i Gran Coupe M Sport
Driving on mostly country roads for 4000 spirited miles
I had to change the tyres from Pirelli Pzero and i choose to take the Falken FK520 instead of the PS4, because there is a huge price difference (1000€) in Austria. And i was not disappointed .. the tyres are really performing.. its crazy .. never expected that..

Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 rated 82% while driving a SEAT Leon 2.0 Tsi 190
Driving on mostly town for 300 average miles
Not a good looking tyre, but is very grippy in the dry and good enough in the wet. It is also very quiet and comfortable. It isn't a massive step over the Kuhmo Ecsta PS71's that I had previously, but these are a good tyre. Also has some rim protection. But please Goodyear, male a better sidewall!!!
