I have a ford fiesta ecoboost and do spirited driving daily in South Africa. These tyres have lasted me easily over 60 000km. They are strong and deal with potholes with no issue. Grip is substantial in dry but I don't feel as confident in the wet. All in all I would definitely buy again for the price!

put a pair on the front roughtly 18 months/12000 miles ago and about to have the rears changed to the same. compared to the other tyres we've had on our Fiesta (Pirelli, Kumho, Arrowspeed) these Toyo CF2s are by far the best. they are lighter on the steering and very positive when pushed through corners, comfortable and less noisy plus the wear rate looks good too. the only negative I found is that they need quite a long time to scrub-in and come up to full grip, roughly 1500-2000 miles.

The performance of these tyres was better than expected and were purchased in late November 2021. They hold the road well in most conditions when the air temperature is above freezing. In terms of handling, we haven't experienced any issues. I have just replaced the front tyres as they were reaching end of life. The rear tyres are still going strong. Approximately 17000 road miles, I'm not unimpressed!

It's an okay tyre overall. It is neither stiff nor soft, it handles okay but there is little feedback from the road. In wet conditions it could be a little better as the car understeers easily. In light snow and ice it's very good for an all weather tyre. It has lasted 40000 km before it started to crack on the sidewalls . My only problem is that it can be very very noisy epsecially in high speed. I'm not gonna buy it again mainly for the rolling noise.

I have these tires for about 30000 km. They are very good in dry and wet conditions, especially in aquaplaning. They are also soft and comfortable. Tigar is a Michelin sub company

After a few heat cycles the tires are reasonable in the dry - once they heat a bit, they hold very well. In the wet conditions its not really a tyre to drive...just to get to the destination. A little loud but not dramatically.
To buy or not? It depends. If you can opt for Toyos new (200TW) R1R / new TR1, I would select them over any other tyre for track / daily+track use (respectuvely) - these two are great in the wet.

Absolute last resort. It is perfectly fine in dry conditions, very resilient in terms of wear, very nice comfort and grip. But any wetness means you go aquaplanning all over the place with even the slightest brake force. It's definitely not controllable during an aquaplanning, definitely chaotic handling at the rear wheels. I've never seen this with any tires with my car. They are very cheap, but very annoying to drive in rain, both in town and especially on highways.

I used to buy Yokohama. My local fitter suggested putting two new Goodyears on the front, as they were 10 years old and down to 3mm. £200 all inclusive. Seems expensive, but he said it was the best choice for me. So I went with his recommendation.
Results:
The steering seems just slightly less connected to the road, but not enough to matter. This is more than made up for by several factors: the ride is smoother, there is less road noise, the grip exceptional (bearing in mind the Yokos were down to 3mm).
I had 6mm on my Yoko rears so he told me to keep them (OFC), but when I replace it will be Goodyear .... for many good years of motoring :D
Tyres are good. Quiet and good value. Trouble is after just 16 months all 4 tyres have cracks all around the inner and outer tread blocks. ATS say they are faulty but it's up to Avon if they want to give anything back. I have to buy a new set and have them fitted then wait in hope Avon agree with ATS who spotted it. If they don't I'm out of pocket for £320. There must be another way to sort manufacturers defect. After all, it's not like a kettle you can just take back is it. I won't buy Avon again and they on all 4 cars we own.

Phenomenal grip on snow and great performance on ice. Perfect choice for deciding to go for some snow/ice dwelling in small cars (175/65/R14 in my case). Used it in complete pour with gigantic water streaks on near motorway speeds for more then 3 hours, no aquaplanning whatsoever, excellent wet performance. Just perfect on soft snow, never bogged down once in a 500 mile trip with big uphills, stops and goes in snow. Only stuck once for a brief time on an uphill with heavy ice. Obviously, in heavy ice, not a studded tire. But one of the better, if not best, winter tire on market. Noise levels are much better than average for a winter tire. Dry handling and performance is also very decent, but wear is significantly increased. Fuel efficiency though, not great. Definitely will buy again.
