Binek araç Yaz Premium Tur Tyres Tyre Review Highlights
On my Lynk & Co 06, I replaced the Giti P10 tires on the front axle after nearly 30,000 kilometers due to deteriorating comfort and increased noise. I switched to the latest Michelin Primacy 5, hoping to maintain a comfortable driving experience. The Primacy 5 costs twice as much as the Giti P10. However, to my great disappointment, the Primacy 5 does not offer a better noise experience than the new Giti P10. Even worse, during the first 2,000 kilometers, the Primacy 5 always had vibrations that affected the steering wheel feel, which was bother me every day . After 2,000 kilometers, this issue lessened but did not disappear completely. The dry grip and cornering performance give me absolutely no confidence; this is a world of difference compared to the Giti P10. Moreover, the body roll has increased, significantly affecting my driving confidence. For this expensive price, it did not bring a better comfort or driving experience. I think this is a failed replacement experience. I am already looking for a more balanced tire, hoping to replace the Primacy 5 as soon as possible

Had these on My E39 530D for around 2 years, not bad in many ways but the feeling and noise from the road can be horrid.

Nice and decent tyres, bought 4 new ones and running on toyota aqua. Very good tyres

Very comfortable tyre, quiet, good wet grip, good wet braking. The standout really is the ride comfort.

It should do ok on normal everyday drive. However when pushed it's not giving me confidence. I think main concern is wet grip. Despite my thin tyres its struggling with standing water. Also sidewall isn't firm it gives kind of jelly feeling. Better than cheap tyres but not good enough if youre reliant on your tyres.

I've driven these tyres for seven full summer seasons and a bit over 30.000 miles.

Positives: 1. Cheap to buy (back in 2018) - 160 euros for all four tyres, 2. They do last in terms of tread depth...still over 6 mm after all those miles, 3. They were easy going - meaning rolling resistance was low, 4. When new (first two or three seasons) excellent in wet breaking, very hard to activate ABS, 5. No special issues whatsoever....just bring the miles on.

Neither positive nor negative: 1. I've used Goodyear GT3 tyres before on the same vehicle and Fuldas were slightly noisier, but nothing that would be an issue. 2. Comfort wise they were OK, but nothing special.

Negatives: 1. On dry and cold surface braking was the issue even with the new tyres. It remained the same until the end. You just had to be careful. 2. Only after 10.000 kms they felt nicely secure in the rain...there were no issues before that, just the feeling in the steering and complete car was not the best in terms of being secure and confident. 3. After fifth season front tires developed a dry rot on the inner side walls which is hard to notice unless you switch your tires/wheels yourself.

Would I buy Fulda again? Yes and no. I was and still am happy with performance to price ratio, however they are not the best tyres ever. Despite some flows I'm not disappointed. So it is up to the specific situation - do you need better tyres or have money for them. Fuldas seem to be a decent choice for the money they cost.

The original goodyear F1 Asymmetric 3, which had been driven for 16,000 kilometers, got a sidewall punctured after hitting a rock on a mountain road. With no other option in a remote area, I had to install the Bridgestone A001, which was originally equipped on the Li L6.

Now I've driven about 1,200 miles, mostly on paved urban roads. I feel the dry grip is slightly better than the Bridgestone, but both are acceptable, and there's no significant difference.

The downside is that the noise has increased, and more road vibrations are transmitted through the steering wheel, which reduces comfort. Also, the rolling resistance has increased, raising energy consumption by 1 kWh per 100 kilometers.

Overall, considering the price, I think it's still usable. For the next replacement, I hope to switch to a more comfortable and energy-efficient model. I've heard that Wanli e01 is well done, and I'd like to try it if the opportunity arises.

Happy new year peeps!

Below are my initial ownership impressions of C3 in 225/45/17 size used on my Honda Civic 2019, 1.6 diesel, 120hp/300nm.

It is early days with C3, but since there are not too many opinions of these, quite new design, tires I thought I will give you my impressions. I have done maybe 2.5-3k km on them so far and also since it is winter here with temps mostly in 0 to 7'C range I am not getting them in their temperature sweet spot.

They seem to shift their behaviour into something very promising in 5+ Celsius (which is expected). Pzero Nero (original version of PZ Nero, so UHP vs touring) were waking up around 14+'C.

So in this limited running in less than optimal temperatures I can tell you the following:

1. These are the first tires I used that are that eager to turn in (yes, even more so than original PZero Nero). All other tries I used on any car in the past felt like understeering on turn-in (they did not, but that is how eager these C3 are to turn-in in compare). I actually had to adjust a bit how I drive as after all these past tries these feel so neutral on entry that in compare to usual tries they feel like they are going to oversteer on initial turn-in.

2. Sidewall is stiffer than Bridgstone Turanza R33 (OE tire for my Civic) I had on Honda, and probably not too far off from PZero Nero.

3. Wife says these are quieter than ER33. For me they are similar.

4. They dampen road chatter better than ER33 (so small imperfection of asphalt, like stones etc, joints) but due to stiffer sidewall they are more jarring and harsher on bigger road defects (like pot holes). I mean with pot holes the initial thump is softened due to softer rubber but then stiffer sidewall takes over and makes for harsher jolt action.

5. Breaking grip is night and day but that is expected when moving from worn to brand new (and more advanced) rubber.

6. You can feel what each tire is doing independently from others. The communication is very good (for touring tire).

7. I ran ER33 2.2bar all corners. These seem to like 2.5F 2.4R (ER33 were normal load vs extra load (XL) for C3, so the need for higher pressure is expected). For reference real life weight of my Civic, with full tank and no occupants is 1450kg.

In general so far I like them very much, and cannot wait for warmer temperatures to kick-in so I can truly get to know them.

But they do not feel like any tire that I had before due to turn-in (I like it about them but it requires some adjustment).

These are certainly built to be sportier of touring tires, with all the blessings of heightened communication and responsiveness but also with drawbacks of a tad harsher ride on bigger impacts or more uneven tarmac (jolting).

It is very early into the ownership, but so far, based on initial characteristics, I would probably buy them again.

If you want to know anything else, let me know and I will try to reply.

ohh, yes, almost forgot, I enjoy spirited driving and 99% of the time I drive on deserted b-road / country side roads.

EDIT: One extra note. 225/45/17 is one of the "sportiest" sizes in the range. To the extent that they are even rated 1db lauder than rest of the popular sizes. So keep it in mind, as my remarks about sidewall stiffness and turn-in characteristics might be muted in compare in versions with proportionally taller sidewall.

Overall a very good tyre.
Excellent grip in dry and wet. Towards the end of life grip in wet was noticeably worse.
I did one tyre rotation around 23000 miles and they manage to last to 35000 miles.
However tyre noise was quite poor especially at higher speeds.
Kept pressure a little bit under recommendation at 40psi and wear was pretty even but still a slightly more central wear.
Overall I would recommend.
Next set I'm going back to Bridgestone Turanza6 purely because of price at £30 cheaper per corner.

OEM tyres on a BMW X3. Ok performance in dry and wet conditions. Let down by poor tyre wear characteristics and vague handling.

First time installed TOYO NE03 86T, after using various tires on same vehicle such as Goodyear, Continental, and others.
The ride is relatively firm and stable, handling seems to be good, these are XL tires, so the road feedback is a bit stronger. Braking response looks good for dry conditions, and light rain. This is definitely a touring set of tires, built durable but plain and stiff, so I drive accordingly. TPMS system for monitoring tires pressure and temperature is recommended for enhanced safety.

Previously on my Q5s, I've used Michelin Latitude Sport then PS4 SUV tyres and they were pretty good all round. These tyres came stock with my car though the one of the fronts was punctured (sometime in the midpoint between new and now) and I switched the fronts (235/45R21) to PS4 SUVs, which is always my benchmark tyre, having used it on 3 occasions. By now, the originals are worn down to less than 2mm from the indicator while the PS4 SUVs still look rather fresh so it's hard to tell how different the wear is, but it feels like it'll wear faster.

As a comparison with the benchmark, these tyres are better for steering feel (like typical Bridgestones I've used) but are still slightly inferior in other respects, with comfort being the biggest difference on 21". For an OEM EV tyre, it is about 10% more efficient than my benchmark tyre (energy consumption 6.4km/kWh vs 5.9km/kWh over a long period). It's a good tyre but not a complete one. If I had no choice, I'd go with it again, but there's always the benchmark tyre as well as the new Pirelli Zero E to consider.
