My Pirellis performed just fine in all conditions, it's, in my opinion one of the few good 4season tires worth buying.

Despite the little mileage, I drove my car in all sorts of roads, city, highway, in all sorts of conditions, ranging from dry to soaking wet, deep snow and thick road ice.

The tires feel absolutely excellent in dry and wet conditions. I usually drive regularly, but even when I got a little spirited both in dry or wet, the tires were able to take the abuse and never lost traction (really surprised me how much better these are in the wet compared to the old set of budget tires I had!) (I couldn't remember the name of those.)

My opinion for the tires performance in snowy and icy conditions is mostly positive, there are a few things to keep in mind however.

in snow, while the tires behaved as expected, I had a couple moments of wheel spin (but those were mostly from spirited driving, otherwise, if you are careful with the brakes, turning and acceleration, they behave fine.)
Notable moment was when I didn't have a snow shovel and there was about 7 inches of snow my rims were buried in, turned DSTC off and sent it, and the car came barrelling out of the snow trap with little issues.

I was surprised by it's performance on ice. Really, really good feedback on when the wheels start losing grip in turns. Otherwise, if you plan on driving at regular speeds in ice, refer to the point above and won't have any issues.

Overall, I would buy it again, It's excellent for regular and spirited driving in dry or rain.

And doesn't let you down in snow and ice (although don't try to drive your car like an F1 car in those conditions with these tires.)

Very quiet and comfortable. Grip and braking is good. The steering seems lighter than all previous tyres, but the guy with the Clio is exagerating.

The vehicle I drive is a 2009 Dongfeng Honda Spirior, which is the equivalent of the Acura TSX in the US. Initially, it came with Bridgestone Turanza tires, which were hard and noisy. Since then, I've been using Pirelli P7 tires, and the handling is far superior to the Bridgestones. Even at 120 km/h on wet roads, the grip is excellent, with no signs of slipping. Dry handling is also exceptional for this price range, and it has helped me avoid several rear-end collisions. The tire noise does increase slightly after prolonged use, but that might be because it's currently winter and the tires are harder.

Replaced 4y old goodyear ultragrip performace with these. Car is RWD BMW 325D.
First impession is really good. Tyres are extra extra quiet in all conditions ( dry, wet, snow). Noticed slight increase in fuel consumption.
last weekend was extra snowy, roads covered with snow, on my trip with alot steep hilclims on the road. I passed few stuck and strugglig cars and came to my destination with pleasent surprise...

Very pleasantly surprised by these. They're definitely comparable to Dunlop SP I've had in the past on a similar vehicle. Dry grip is good, wet grip is good and they seem to cope well with heat cycles. My only criticism is they are a bit noisy.

I live in an urban area in Latvia and mostly drive in the city. Winters have become milder now, and the roads are cleaned and salted well, so I went for Central European winter tyres instead of Nordic friction or studded ones. I was planning to buy a set of new Hankook i*cept RS3, but then a bargain deal came up: slightly used Nokian Snowproof 2 98H XL, used just for one winter, almost new condition.
I’ve been driving on them for a month now (-2 C..+5 C) with a couple of snowfalls. I can’t complain about grip on tarmac - no issues experienced in dry or wet. I think these tyres are more comfort-oriented than sporty in terms of handling. Steering feel has become just a smidge more numb. On the other hand, ride comfort has improved. The ride feels premium and quiet. Small bumps and road joints are soaked up well. Nokian Snowproof 2 is definitely better for comfort than my previous tyres - Fulda Kristall Control HP2.
The grip on freshly fallen snow is pretty good and assured. Tried a few RWD slides with DSC off, very controllable. Also, the Snowproof 2 are remarkably confident for slushy city driving conditions. However, when I needed to drive on an icy gravel road - not a pleasant experience; definitely a weak spot for this type of tyre. On polished snow/ice don’t expect much, drive carefully and smoothly, then the tyres are somewhat predictable. Ice braking and acceleration are acceptable, but handling on ice tends to be understeery. In fact, while driving on an icy forest road I had to do gentle left-foot braking into the turns to prevent understeer even at 20 mph. If you often need to drive on ice, Central European winter tyres are not the right choice.
The Nokian Snowproof 2 is one of the less expensive premium winter tyres, but not far behind high-cost top-tier rivals. I’m satisfied overall.

I bought a used set of these tires already mounted on rims for my XDrive BMW Wagon. They already had about 2 seasons worth of wear on them but had plenty of life.
Snow and ice grip was unbelievable--driving up to Quebec from Massachusetts in a blizzard I was able to maintain speed and grip the entire time without so much as a wiggle on greasy, slushy, and snowy roads. Highway performance was fantastic, crossing lanes did not cause my car to dive to one side or the other while driving over the slush humps between lanes. These tires excel in the worst conditions and I felt a ton of confidence driving in the winter with these. Snow feels like it isn't even there, I cannot overstate how planted these tires are.
That's not to say there are no tradeoffs, however. These tires are LOUD. From about 10 mph on up there is an audible hum that got worse as the tires aged, not so loud as to be annoying but I had to turn my stereo up; my car was noticeably quieter when re-mounting my all seasons in the spring. The soft rubber in the compound leads to very vague steering, lots of sidewall flexing, and a very underwhelming handling in the dry. They also get softer in the warmer ends of the season which exacerbates these characteristics. The plush sidewalls do help make frost heaves much less violent so I see it as a plus in deep winter driving. They also never cold spotted on me.

Ultimately these are fantastic winter tires for extreme conditions. I replaced mine after 3 more seasons of use because they were beginning to dry rot (2019 mfd) and I was beginning to notice uneven wearing across the tread which I cannot fault the tires for necessarily. Living in New England as of late we don't get much in the way of blizzards and often get mid season rain/ice, and these tires felt like more extreme winters than I needed. I opted to purchase a set of Vredestein Wintrac Pros (no +) to replace them because I no longer drive in the worst of conditions. If I lived in a snowier climate or was obligated to travel no matter the weather I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again. These are some exceptional winter tires, but know that they are all about utility.
As I bought mine used I am generous with the wear rating.

Overall very good tire. Good grip in all conditions, especially in the wet compared to my hankook ventus s1 evo 3 summer tires.
Like i expected it to be with a slightly higer sidewall, the car swings around a bit more but its never unsafe or scary. Just not very sporty.

I have a whistling noise from the tires when driving in the wet, but its not disturbing.
